Why do only some products have a shopping cart button?

Appliances Assistant allows you to compare thousands of appliances and products for energy efficiency. Many of the products without a shopping cart button can be purchased from the retailers listed on the product page on Appliances Assistant. However, there are specific products such as LEDs, thermostats, and power strips that are currently available for purchase direct from Appliances Assistant.
